  • What are the Front Desks hours?

    Our front desk and lobby is open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. A security agent is available from 11 pm - 7 am for emergencies and late check ins.

  • What are the shuttle hours and where can it take you?

    Our complimentary shuttle service is available from 8 am to 10 pm and provides guests transportation within a three-mile radius of the hotel, including to and from our lovely Naples beaches and downtown area. The shuttle fleet is made up of two London cabs, a 10-passenger van, and 6-passenger van. Shuttle services are on a first-come, first-served basis from the hotel main entrance.

  • How far are you from the beach?

    We are one mile from the closest beach access. You can walk, bike or take the shuttle to the beach. There is public beach parking available.

  • Does Bellasera Resort allow smoking?

    We are a 100% smoke-free property. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and throughout the premises. A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged to any guest who violates this policy.

  • Do we allow pets?

    Pets are not permitted on the property, with the exception of service animals as defined by applicable law. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if an unauthorized pet is found on the premises.

  • Is early check in possible?

    While our guaranteed check-in time is 3:00 pm, we do accommodate early arrivals if the guestroom is ready. If the guestroom is not ready upon arrival, a front desk agent will be happy to check your luggage. Guests are more than welcome to take advantage of our amenities while their room is being prepared.

  • Is there a concierge on property?

    While we do not have a concierge on property, our Front Desk agents are knowledgeable about the area and more than willing to make recommendations for dinner, golf, and other local activities. Many recommendations can be found under the "Activities" tab on our website.

  • How old do you have to be to check in?

    The minimum age to check in is 25.

  • Is a late checkout possible?

    While our check-out time is 11:00 am, we are willing to accommodate late checkouts when possible. There is typically a fee associated with late checkouts depending on the time requested. To request a late checkout, please call the Front Desk the morning of departure.

  • Is a deposit required to make a reservation?

    For most reservations, we do require a deposit of room, tax, and resort fee upon confirmation of the reservation. This deposit can be refundable, depending on the rate's cancellation policy. Please note that same-day reservations do not require this deposit.   • What is your standard cancellation policy?

    For most reservations, we require that guests make all changes and cancellations outside of 48 hours of arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room charges.     Summer Season ( May 1 – December 18 ) – Full refund of deposit if reservation is canceled two (2) days prior to your arrival

     

    Winter Season ( December 19 – April 30) – Full refund of deposit if reservation is canceled seven (7) days prior to your arrival.

  • Do you offer rollaway beds or cots for guests?

    The Bellasera Resort does not offer rollaway beds; please call our reservations department to discuss different options for your guest room.

  • Do you provide cribs or highchairs?

    Yes, we do offer complimentary cribs and highchairs based upon availability. To request a pack-and-play for your guest room, please call 239.649.7333 or 833.735.0289.

  • Are car seats or booster seats available for the shuttle?

    While we do not have car seats for our vans or London cabs, we do offer a booster seat for children aged 5 and above.

  • Where are the ice machines located?

    Ice machines are located across from the elevator on the second floor of each of our four buildings and on the third floor of our main building.

  • Do you have a pool?

    We have a heated pool and hot tub. Our pool area is open from 9am-dusk. Cabanas are at our guest's disposal on a first-come, first-served basis. They cannot be reserved. Our on-site restaurant, The Claw Bar, offers poolside food and beverage service until 5 p.m.

  • Is there dining available on property?

  • Do you offer room service?

    While the resort does not offer room service, takeout is available from our on-property restaurant during the day and sometimes early in the evening, depending how busy the restaurant is. Please call 239-231-3912 to inquire.

  • What different room types do you offer?

  • What are your parking rates?

    The Bellasera Resort welcomes guests from all over the world. Some of our front desk associates speak Spanish, Romanian, and Russian.
