Carolina Monsalve

Originally from Venezuela, Carolina came to the United States when she was nineteen years old to follow her dreams and pursue better opportunities for her life. She began her career in hospitality as a room attendant at Greenlinks Golf Villas at Lely Resort before being promoted to Supervisor. She next worked as Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Gullwing Beach Resort on Fort Myers Beach and then as Housekeeping Manager at The Inn on Fifth in Naples before joining our team at Bellasera. Carolina loves to spend time with her family at the beautiful beaches in Naples. Her hobbies include yoga, rollerblading, tennis, and biking. Carolina takes great pride in making sure our guest suites are spotless and comfortable for our guests. Her great attention to detail is evident in each and every room.
